Some studies and some thumbnails

Oops it has been almost a month... The title says it all. I've started a CGMA course on the side, which is what the thumbnails are for.
The class is Environment Concept Design with Aaron Limonick.

Day 11

Days lost! In the process of doing a few art tests and moving house! Will restart my studies when things settle down, in the meantime, I will just post when I can. Here's a stylised study from the most recent BlackPink MV~

Day 10

Quick study from the film Chinatown (1974)
I just hit random on the film-grab website haha... may turn this into a zombie later C:

Day 9

Still no catch-up post today but finished another painting of my friend's dog ^^

Day 8

Holding back on Day 7 since I was busy yesterday and it is still not completely finished!
For now, here are some more anatomy studies for the day.

Day 6

Didn't do my study today so I could finish this illustration o/
Will make up for it by doing two tomorrow!

Day 5

Trying to finish another illustration quickly today, so decided to just do a digital study again instead of bothering with a traditional one... promise I'll do a traditional one next week!

Anyway, here's a dusty Mcdondalds toy I got in Malaysia early last year, sitting on top of my glass family dining table.

Day 4

[edit] reuploaded progress gif cuz it was missing a image lol

Illustration Study from a photo of a friends dog who crossed the rainbow bridge recently.

Day 3

Today's study from colour corrected media. This one was really fun seeing how the skin tones changed in the dark, and how it interacted with the strong blue rim light.
Something about lighting in old films just looks so much more artistic than mainstream modern films.

Day 2

Studies from life (my desk) done today...
Please don't mind my terrible cable management.

Blog Start!

Hello! I'm making a blog since all the Kool Kids™ seem to have one. But to be honest the main goal is to hold myself accountable to stick to a schedule while studying art and to reach my goals C:
Currently, the plan is to keep this up consecutively for 100 days...
